"Get Fit and Pay it Forward !" is our motto and the inspiration for the creation of Hellz Bellz Total Body Fitness.
Who are we?: We are just like you! We aren't super heroes with any sort of special powers. We are average people with busy lives and chaotic schedules who decided one day....... to make a change; to live healthier, happier lives while also giving back to the community in which we live. We are certified personal trainers, who are experienced in many aspects of physical fitness, nutrition and overall health. PLEASE CONSULT A MEDICAL PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.
What will you do at Hellz Bellz?: Kettlebells will be incorporated into every workout. In addition to kettlebells, we also will be utilizing other core strength building equipment and exercises consisting of but not limited to: Sandbags, Sandbells, Free Weights, Sledgehammers, Tires, ladder drills, running, sprinting as well as body weight exercises.
What do we expect from you?: Our hope and desire is for you to give it your all at each workout. We realize that everyone performs at different levels and in the beginning, each workout will be scaled to meet your individual capabilities. However, we will still push you to give 150% each time! You will be dirty, sweaty, and sore, but you will get fit, have fun, laugh, meet new people, be inspired and hopefully, inspire others!
What is the H.O.W.?: Oh, you will know after your first workout! LOL. Seriously.....the H.O.W. stands for "HELLZ OF a WORKOUT".......yea, it's our version of Crossfits' W.O.D.(workout of the day). Clever......aren't we? The H.O.W. is the daily workout that we plan for each class. It's always different, challenging and will give you a full body workout!
How long are the workouts?: Class is approximately an hour long. This includes the warm up, the H.O.W. and the cool down, stretching etc.
What should you bring to class?: Bring water and a large towel or exercise mat. Just as important, bring a great attitude and have patience with yourself. Chances are, you didn't pack on the pounds over night, so don't expect overnight results. This is a lifestyle change. Slow and steady changes are better than some quick fix/extreme weight loss plan. Stick with it, have fun and
"pay it forward" to others.
